Originally from Mexico City and graduated from the Law school, in which she acquired vast knowledge about processes, construction of ideas and arguments; she made writing her best communication tool. Thus she found a place in Mexican advertising as a copywriter and later as a creative director working for more than 13 years for agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather and Leo Burnett with brands such as Coca Cola, P&G, Yum Brands !, Kimberly Clark and Librerías Gandhi, among others. .
She ventured into the world of health and wellness through athletic disciplines, certified as a sports activity professional under the AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) association. It was through physical activity that she identified an area of opportunity and with her ability to see the future, she undertook a disruptive project with the task of creating a new market in Mexico, thus she founded The Redheaded Mexican and launched the first Mexican brand of products based on cannabidiol or CBD, establishing education on natural compounds and their benefits on the quality of life of Mexicans as a pillar.
With an observant, visionary nature and a highly strategic mind, Janis is an expert in reinvention and innovation. Her mission is to create and share self-optimization tools to increase people’s quality of life and thus achieve the common social good.
