Mexican lawyer and businessman from Monterrey, Nuevo León. He began in 2013 as an activist in favor of the use of cannabis, due to the condition of his little daughter Graciela Elizalde, who suffers from Lennox Gastaut syndrome. Since June 2017, Raúl Elizalde has presided over the operation of the company Hemp Meds in Mexico and Latin America, and has also collaborated with the Expert Commission on Drug Dependence of the World Health Organization (WHO) in the debates on cannabidiol. Currently, Raúl directs this company globally, a subsidiary of Medical Marijuana Inc.
