Mexican politician, affiliated with the Morena party. Since September 1, 2018, he has been a senator of the republic in the LXIV legislature representing the state of Puebla. He is president of the finance and public credit commission and of the bicameral commission of financial discipline of the states and municipalities. He is also a member of the economy, agriculture, livestock, fisheries and rural development commission, the federalism and municipal development commission, and the foreign relations commission.
